Power distribution

Service entrance through to rack PDU. Load studies, panel schedules, busway and dual-feed redundancy, sized for what the floor actually draws.

Controls, access & monitoring

Access control, CCTV, site monitoring, lighting and metering. On most jobs this work sits between two subcontractors and gets done badly.

Documentation

Labelled, tested, documented. Test reports and as-built drawings issued as one handover pack.
